Job summary

Tricon Energy in Turkey seeks an experienced senior sales professional to lead the PP and PE commercial development, driving growth in sales, revenue, margin, and market share. You will build and expand key customer relationships, develop commercial strategies, and coordinate with global teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 7+ years of polymer/petrochemical B2B experience, fluency in Turkish and English, and a willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in polymer, petrochemical, chemical, or related B2B sales.
• Solid knowledge of PP and PE markets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Turkey and internationally.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial development of the PP/PE business in Turkey.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and expand long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and manage pricing/credit risks.
• Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and product portfolio plans.
• Coordinate with trading, logistics, finance, and operations.
• Represent the company at customer visits and industry events in Turkey.
• Ensure compliance with policies and trade regulations.
