Job summary

Cartonplast Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Turkey in sectors like glass, FMCG, beverage, food and industrial packaging. You will identify opportunities, build relationships from first contact to agreement, visit customers and sites, and develop pooling and lease solutions for reusable pallets and transport packaging.

Travel across Turkey and collaborate with operations and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Industry familiarity in logistics, manufacturing or related sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Turkey.
• Build relationships with new customers from first contact to agreement.
• Conduct customer and site visits to understand transport packaging and logistics.
• Develop pooling and lease solutions for pallets and packaging.
• Prepare proposals and ROI calculations.
• Manage complex B2B sales involving procurement, logistics, and production.
• Coordinate customer trials with operations and logistics teams.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide market updates.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends.
