Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Commercial Manager Turkey to shape regional sales and marketing plans, own the country P&L, and align policies with Group strategy. You will lead a cross-functional team in Turkey and drive strategic investments to maximize long-term financial returns.

You will work with the Group Strategy/Business Development inputs, manage forecasts in S&OP, and partner with Commercial support functions to deliver the plan.

Qualifications

• Educational background in business management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales Manager role with strong track record in developing and managing senior managers.
• Background on FMCG Sales with a minimum of 10 years of experience in management roles.
• Experience in developing Route to Market.
• Robust decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Experience in working in a matrix structure.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Good organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the sales and marketing plans in Turkey and develop the operating plan for your perimeter.
• Own the countries’ P&L, align policies, strategies, and guidelines.
• Lead and build a high-performing team across Turkey to ensure ONE TEAM.
• Forecast sales updates during S&OP and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Negotiate annual Commercial Objectives with customers including targets, distribution, and marketing objectives.
• Partner with Commercial support functions to drive results.
• Manage budget, forecasting and financial planning processes for your countries.
• Ensure compliance and promote inclusion and diversity.
• Develop BIC's Talent bench and succession plans.
