Job summary

Randstad Türkiye in Adana is seeking a Training Technician to design, deliver and facilitate training programs for employees, contractors, and partners to ensure thorough understanding of safety standards, quality standards, QMS, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in EH&S and Quality Training, fluent English, LEAN knowledge, and strong training content creation skills. On-site in Adana with availability for overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in EH&S and Quality Training in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing.
• Advanced English communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles: 5S, Continuous Improvement, Standardized Work.
• Ability to translate technical information into engaging training content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and facilitate training programs for employees, contractors, and partners to ensure understanding of safety, quality, QMS, and continuous improvement.
• Lead training and education efforts with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Maintain complete and accurate training records and reporting.
• Perform operational tasks across plant, field, and warehouse environments as seasons demand.
• Develop hands-on training materials on safety topics and measure effectiveness.
