Job summary

Randstad Türkiye in Adana is seeking a Training Technician to design, deliver and facilitate training programs for employees, contractors, and partners to ensure thorough understanding of safety standards, quality standards, QMS, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in EH&S and Quality Training, fluent English, LEAN knowledge, and strong training content creation skills. On-site in Adana with availability for overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in EH&S and Quality Training in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing.
• Advanced English communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles: 5S, Continuous Improvement, Standardized Work.
• Ability to translate technical information into engaging training content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to proprietary software.

Job description

We are seeking a \"Training Technician\" to be based in Adana (Yüreğir) for our partner company operating in the agriculture and manufacturing sector.

• Design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training programs for employees, contractors, and external partners to ensure a thorough understanding of safety standards, quality standards, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and continuous improvement processes,
• Lead training, communication, and education efforts with high energy and enthusiasm,
• Ensure the complete maintenance and accuracy of all training-related records, documentation, and reporting,
• Perform a variety of operational tasks across general plant, field, and warehouse environments that evolve with seasonal demands,
• Develop hands-on training materials on safety subjects, utilizing auditing processes and evaluation methods to measure effectiveness,
• Handle administrative duties, including taking safety meeting minutes, updating operational safety documentation, and tracking employee training requirements,
• Train employees on the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) platform,
• Determine location-specific training needs covering EHS&S (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security), Continuous Improvement, QMS, Standard Work, and Process Work Instructions,
• Guide and support safety standard owners in their assigned responsibilities through annual meetings and action plans,
• Act as a stand-in Safety Supervisor when needed,
• Serve as the primary liaison with contract labor agencies to communicate training requirements and ensure external agency personnel comply with company policies,
• Conduct practical, hands-on field sessions including Employee Area Orientations, forklift operation, fall protection, and safety compliance,
• Perform regular line walks in production areas to engage with teams and ensure operational task efficiency and safety understanding.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EH&S and Quality Training within operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing, with demonstrated coaching and leadership skills,
• Advanced / Fluent level of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external international stakeholders,
• Strong knowledge of or experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Standardized Work,
• Creative mindset with a proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and easily digestible training content,
• Proficient in technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms) and adaptable to learning proprietary company software,
• High attention to detail with strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
• A strong commitment to health and safety, role modeling safe behaviors in line with corporate values,
• General knowledge or hands-on experience with agricultural and field equipment (e.g., tractors, plows, forklifts),
• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasonal production periods,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Adana or surrounding areas.
