Job summary

Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to lead safety, technical and quality training across the organization in Mersin. You will plan, deliver, and coordinate programs for employees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with production needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an engineering degree, at least two years in technical training or related fields, strong communication, and knowledge of Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical training or related roles.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and safety standards.
• Occupational Health and Safety expertise (certified or experienced).
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certified Trainer or completion of a Train the Trainer program.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Open to learning and training delivery experience.
• English at least B2+; willing to travel; reside in/relocate to Mersin.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning with departments and external service providers.
• Analyze feedback and drive continuous improvement with technical, production, quality, environment and safety teams.
• Monitor risks, hazards, and near-miss incidents; contribute to resolutions.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of training activities.
• Identify training needs, develop content, and organize internal and external training sessions.
• Ensure training materials comply with company policies and guidelines.
