Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks an experienced HSE Specialist for a port terminal in the Marmara region. You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with Turkish OHS Law 6331, and align with international standards and global HSE frameworks.

Responsibilities include PPE management, emergency preparedness, site inspections, CAPA tracking, risk assessments and RCA, contractor safety oversight, and KPI reporting to support continuous safety improvement while collaborating with operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English for global reporting and stakeholder management.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in port/terminal operations or high-risk environments.
• Strong command of Turkish OHS Legislation (Law No. 6331) and international standards.
• Experience in risk management, incident investigations, emergency response, and contractor safety management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory, inspections, compliance, and PPE availability.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor compliance with Turkish OHS legislation, port standards, and internal procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, and track CAPA.
• Lead or support risk assessments, incident investigations, and RCA.
• Oversee contractor HSE compliance, documentation, and meetings.
• Prepare HSE reports and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and external stakeholders to embed safety culture.
