Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Manager / QP Pharmacist based in Ankara to lead local QA/QC operations and to oversee the technology transfer from global to Turkish facilities.

You will certify batch releases as the Qualified Person, ensure TITCK compliance, and liaise with health authorities during audits, while building robust quality systems for early-stage setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and eligible to act as Qualified Person (QP) under Turkish regulations.
• 5+ years in QA/QC and GMP within Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
• 3+ years of team leadership or people management.
• Hands-on experience in technology transfer, validation, and quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of TITCK regulations and international pharma standards.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology transfer of manufacturing and quality systems to Türkiye site.
• Review and approve quality documentation (tech transfer manuals, batch records, validation protocols).
• Serve as Qualified Person to certify plasma-derived products meet standards before release.
• Ensure TITCK compliance and act as health authority liaison and audit lead.
• Help build QA/QC infrastructure and lead local quality operations.
