Job summary

Randstad in Istanbul is seeking a Training Coordination Specialist to support our consumer device business in the telecommunications field. You will liaise between the Training Manager and Trainers, manage examinations and certification processes, and translate training materials.

You will also prepare monthly newsletters, publish weekly reports and insights, and develop skills to deliver online and offline training sessions in the future. Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to handle large datasets.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-disciplined, deadline oriented and a strong team player.

Responsibilities
