Job summary

TEMSA, a leading bus and midibus manufacturer, seeks a tender/proposal specialist to manage end-to-end tender processes across markets. You will coordinate Sales, Business Development, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate submissions and robust feasibility assessments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tender or similar roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Istanbul or Adana.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years in tender/proposal management or similar roles.
Knowledge of project management processes and business processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Proactive, eager to learn, and contribute to process improvement/digitalization.
Advanced English; a second foreign language is a plus.
Based in Adana or Istanbul, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end tender process in line with growth objectives and priorities.
Review tender opportunities across markets and coordinate with Sales, Business Development, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
Contribute to feasibility assessments, qualification activities, and risk evaluations during tender prep.
Analyze customer and partner requirements and prepare tender submissions.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and validate inputs.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents.
Maintain tender records, documentation, and databases for data accuracy.
Support continuous improvement of tender processes, tools, and reporting.

What is the job waiting for you?

Support the end-to-end tender process in line with the company’s growth objectives and business priorities,
Review tender opportunities across different markets and coordinate with Sales, Business Development, and relevant stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle,
Contribute to commercial and technical feasibility assessments, qualification activities, and risk evaluations during tender preparation stages,
Analyze customer and business partner requirements and prepare tender submissions accordingly,
Coordinate internal stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and validate technical and commercial inputs,
Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents,
Maintain tender records, documentation, and databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility,
Support the continuous improvement of tender processes, tools, and reporting practices,
Capture lessons learned, tender feedback, and best practices to strengthen future tender activities,
Prepare regular reports and analyses on tender performance, pipeline status, and key opportunities.

What we are looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, International Relations, Business Development, or a similar field )
Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management, proposal management, project coordination, sales support, or similar technical/commercial roles,
Knowledge of project management and business processes,
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills,
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities,
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment,
Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives,
Advanced proficiency in English is required; knowledge of a second foreign language is preferred.
Based in Adana or Istanbul, or willing to relocate.
