TEI - TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii A.Ş. in Eskişehir seeks a procurement professional to manage requisitions and supplier relations for aviation engine components.

The role emphasizes timely PO issuance, delivery tracking, and coordinating with quality and planning teams to ensure materials meet specifications. The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background with 2–4 years in procurement, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in procurement bases preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar ERP programs; S4 Hana is an asset.
• Certifications in program management are an asset.
• No travel restrictions (national & international).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Competent stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Currently residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Process timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for consumables and COTS.
• Track orders, ensure on-time deliveries and resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with quality, planning, R&D and processes to ensure orders meet specs.
• Build relationships with suppliers and measure performance (quality, delivery, service).
• Communicate with suppliers daily and lead meetings to resolve issues and drive projects.

What Do We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universities in disciplines of Mechanical Engineering , Material & Metallurgical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Aerospace-Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• Preferably 2 - 4 years’ experience of procurement bases,
• Experience in SAP ERP (or similar ERP programs), S4 Hana (asset),
• Certified associate program management certifications (PMI, CPP, CPPM) are asset,
• No travel restrictions (national & International),
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset,
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders through strong communication skills,
• Goal and result oriented working discipline,

The Journey, Powered by You, Begins:

• Processing timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for consumable parts / COTS products .
• Tracking orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, solving on time quality issues,
• Working with quality, material planning, R&D and process departments upon delivery to ensure orders are filled correctly and that goods meet specifications,
• Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and measure supplier’s performance based on quality, delivery, service level and like similar KPI’s,
• Communicating with supplier’s daily and organizing meetings and projects as needed to resolve supply issues or developing and finalizing any on-going projects to resolve supply issues,
• Working with other internal departments like planning, finance, contracts, sales and logistics to prevent or solve any issues and concerns,
• Contact with suppliers in case of non-quality/missing/damaged material or service issues,
• Sourcing for alternative sources for DOMESTIC and OEM projects.
