Job summary

TEMSA, a leading bus and midibus manufacturer, seeks a tender/proposal specialist to manage end-to-end tender processes across markets. You will coordinate Sales, Business Development, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate submissions and robust feasibility assessments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tender or similar roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Istanbul or Adana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in tender/proposal management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of project management processes and business processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and contribute to process improvement/digitalization.
• Advanced English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Based in Adana or Istanbul, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end tender process in line with growth objectives and priorities.
• Review tender opportunities across markets and coordinate with Sales, Business Development, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to feasibility assessments, qualification activities, and risk evaluations during tender prep.
• Analyze customer and partner requirements and prepare tender submissions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and validate inputs.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents.
• Maintain tender records, documentation, and databases for data accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of tender processes, tools, and reporting.
