Pluxee Turkey (Formerly Sodexo Benefits) is seeking a Telesales Lead to manage and enhance our telesales operations by leading a high-performing team and driving KPI-driven performance. You will implement strategies to improve efficiency and conversion, while partnering with Sales Director on budgeting and planning.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication skills to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships across our markets.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of sales experience with consistent target achievement.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and team performance.
