Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and scale the paid media strategy, accelerating B2B customer acquisition and turning digital investments into measurable growth.

You will manage the paid acquisition journey from strategy to optimization, collaborating with Sales, Growth, Brand, Data and Global Marketing teams to drive high-quality demand and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Solid experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of the MQL → SQL → Won funnel.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Drive high-quality B2B lead generation and new client acquisition.
• Develop and execute full-funnel digital acquisition strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Manage media budgets and optimize allocation across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and alignment between marketing and sales.
