Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye, a global benefits and engagement partner, is hiring a Financial Controlling & Planning specialist. You will manage month-end closes, perform variance analysis, and support intercompany reconciliations in a dynamic environment.

We seek 2–5 years' experience in financial controlling/FP&A, IFRS knowledge, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and solid English. Turkish accounting familiarity is preferred and a university degree is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Admin, Economics or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in financial controlling/planning & analysis; Big 4 audit preferred.
• Knowledge of local accounting and IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good level of English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Identify variances between actual and forecasted results and provide insights on key drivers.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations at month-ends.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and planning documents.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Work with external auditors and group reporting teams for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support timely decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and reporting tools.

• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS in line with the Group deadlines.
• Identify variances between actual and forecasted results, providing insights into key performance drivers,
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations at month-ends
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and strategic planning documents.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance.
• Work closely with external auditors and the reporting teams of Group companies to ensure accuracy and compliance,
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support timely decision-making and address specific business needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting tools
• University degree (Business Administration, Economics or related fields) from a reputable university
• 2-5 years of experience; financial controlling/planning & analysis experience & preferably audit (Big 4) experience
• Knowledge on local accounting and IFRS
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning, forecasting, and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
• Good level of English, both written and verbal
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (particularly excel and powerpoint)
• Team worker and good communication skills
• SMMM is prefarable not obligatory
