Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye is seeking a strategic Business Development Lead to identify growth opportunities, design scalable partnership models, and convert ideas into implementable product and business solutions. Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business development, product management, strategy, growth, or adjacent roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth areas, and partnership models aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and manage commercial and strategic relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
• Design end-to-end partnership and business models by defining customer journeys, operational processes, commercial flows, and ecosystem interactions to ensure scalable implementations.
• Translate business requirements, process flows, and partnership models into clear functional requirements and implementation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Technology, and Operations to support new business initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer expectations to identify growth opportunities and improvement opportunities.
