Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Commercial Growth team to meet growth targets.
• Set team priorities, monitor performance, and support goals achievement.
• Foster data-driven culture and coach in analytical thinking and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Customer Growth, Digital Marketing, Category, Product, Sales, CRM, and Data teams.
• Develop category growth strategies aligned with objectives and targets.
• Own the commercial growth roadmap for assigned categories.
• Identify growth opportunities via customer behavior, category performance, and market insights.
• Design and oversee campaign, promotion, and coupon strategies with forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze category and campaign performance to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Lead category communication planning and align with marketing calendar.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
