Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide on-site and remote support for customers, install and configure products at an intermediate level, and manage documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication in English and the local language, and willingness to work after hours and on-site as needed.

You will troubleshoot, monitor systems, handle RMA processes, and collaborate with senior technicians to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and the local language.
• Strong written documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work after hours and on-site as required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Own small–medium customer issues reported via calls and autosupport.
• Follow SLA and provide field/remote support at customer sites.
• Monitor TD SYNNEX systems to ensure stable operation and meet business requirements.
• Proactively inform customers of potential risks to maintain critical apps.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot to resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior TSEs or vendors.
• Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers.
• Hardware installation and deployment at customer sites.
• Parts replacement.
• Manage RMA follow-up with vendor and logistics.
