Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret is seeking a Technical Marketing Executive (Kratos) to empower the sales team with data-driven pricing, market insights and product-market fit across concrete technologies. The role sits at the crossroads of Product Management, Sales Support, Customer Support and Marketing, shaping commercial strategies and supporting decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and/or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Sales Support, Customer Support, and/or Marketing Management
Knowledge of Concrete Technology, Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction Chemicals, and/or Fiber Technologies
Strong communication and ability to work with sales teams and stakeholders
B2 level English proficiency and willingness to travel
Valid Class B driving licence and active driving experience

Responsibilities

Monitor new projects and support conversion into commercial results in coordination with the sales team.
Support technical business development activities and present products and solutions based on customer needs.
Conduct customer and job site visits to gather market, customer, and competitor insights and translate them into commercial strategies.
Manage product and market processes, including product performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer expectations.
Identify new product and solution opportunities and contribute to the development of the product portfolio.
Manage pricing structures and commercial conditions based on market dynamics, customer segments, and sales volumes.
Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, and sales channel.
Prepare sales forecasts and supporting demand, inventory, and sales planning processes.
Collaborate with the Finance team on pricing, profitability, budgeting, and commercial performance analysis to support data-driven business decisions.]
