Job summary

Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive to own end-to-end KPIs, including cost, profitability, operational efficiency and sales performance, in close collaboration with operations and commercial teams.

This role suits a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a business mindset, capable of partnering with senior leadership and delivering actionable insights for decision-making across our plants and regions in Turkey.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A, controlling or business finance experience.
• Strong cost analysis, profitability tracking and KPI-based performance management.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ERP/BI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning with business units.
• Track, analyze and challenge cost structures, margins and operating performance across products and regions.
• Own key KPIs including cost per ton, EBITDA drivers, working capital and cash flow; monitor sales metrics.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses and dashboards for senior management.
• Translate results into insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Support investment evaluations, scenario analyses and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to FP&A process improvements and data quality as a finance partner to ops.
