Job summary

Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret is seeking a Sales Executive (Kratos) to drive the growth of Kratos Synthetic Fiber Reinforcement products across Marmara region. You will expand the customer portfolio, visit sites, and promote Kratos solutions in collaboration with distributors and applicators.

The role requires 5+ years in cement/construction sales, strong English, and willingness to travel by road up to ~70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cement, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, fiber, or related industries.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of cement, ready-mix concrete, flooring applications, or shotcrete applications is a plus.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Residing in İstanbul or Marmara Region (or nearby) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio for Kratos Synthetic Fiber Reinforcement products and acquire new customers.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and project sites to promote Kratos solutions and follow up on opportunities.
• Identify, monitor, and report sales opportunities.
• Develop sales-driven solutions with distributors, dealers, and applicators.
• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams to tailor project- and product-specific solutions.
• Prepare price quotations and manage the sales process through order and collection.
• Perform market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and support the company’s strategy.
• Achieve and report assigned sales targets.
