Job summary

Çimsa is seeking a Technical Marketing Executive to enable the sales team with data-driven pricing and commercial strategies. You will work across Product Management, Sales Support, Customer Support and Marketing Management to ensure market-fit products and implement commercial processes.

Responsibilities include project monitoring, market insights, pricing and profitability analyses, and collaboration with Finance to support strategic decisions. Travel and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and/or Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years in Product Management, Sales Support, Customer Support or Marketing Management.
• Experience with Concrete Technology, Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction Chemicals or Fiber Technologies is a plus.
• Strong product management and commercial analysis capabilities, including pricing and profitability.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge and customer insights into commercial value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with sales teams and stakeholders.
• Minimum B2 level English; willing to travel; valid Class B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new projects and opportunities and support their conversion to results with the sales team.
• Support technical business development and present products based on customer needs.
• Visit customers and sites to gather market and competitor insights for strategy.
• Manage product and market processes, including performance and market trends.
• Identify new product opportunities and contribute to portfolio development.
• Manage pricing structures and commercial terms based on market dynamics.
• Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, and sales channel.
• Prepare sales forecasts and assist demand, inventory, and planning processes.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing, profitability, budgeting and performance analysis.
