Job summary

Anatolia, a leading ceramic, tile and natural stone company, seeks a Specialist - Technical Product to help manage its product portfolio and drive lifecycle initiatives. The candidate should have a strong background in product management and development, excellent communication skills, and willing to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Ceramic or Glass Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in Product Management, Product Development, Category Management, or Project Management preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
Advanced English proficiency.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the management, optimization, and development of the product portfolio.
Define, plan, and oversee activities and processes for new product development and product lifecycle management.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize issues, and monitor timelines.
Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategy across phases.
Track updates and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Collaborate with Finance, Design, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, plus external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.
