Job summary

Human Kapital is seeking a Process Engineer for our client’s textile production facility in the Marmara region of Türkiye. You will analyze workflows, supervise process outputs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Textile Engineering degree, 1+ year experience or a recent graduate, strong English, and proven teamwork and communication skills to report findings and support quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduated from the Textile Engineering department.
• At least 1 year of experience or a recent graduate.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong team player.
• Will actively follow production processes.
• Good communication skills, responsible, open to development and change.
• Will follow customer, quality and production processes.
• Effective problem-solving skills, able to think analytically.
• Able to report and provide information regularly.
• Shuttle routes: Lüleburgaz, Çorlu, Çerkezköy.

Responsibilities

• Controlling the workflow by analyzing business processes.
• Giving instructions according to process outputs, tracking and reporting targets.
• Carrying out time studies and working to improve their outputs.
• Carrying out the necessary studies to prevent errors in production.
• Carrying out Continuous Improvement activities.
• Performing efficiency analyses and taking the necessary actions.
• Monitoring the production process, carrying out troubleshooting, and being responsible for corrective actions.
• Being a role model in ensuring and supporting the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety.
• Taking an active role in quality development and system development activities.
