Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or architectural disciplines.
• 3–5 years in aluminium systems, façade, or building envelope fields.
• Strong knowledge of windows, doors, curtain walls, and façades.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluent Turkish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on Sapa aluminium systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, façades).
• Review drawings and specs to recommend suitable system solutions.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Advisor to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and support to customers, fabricators, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful specification, application, and implementation of Sapa aluminium systems.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of aluminium façade and fenestration systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle. The Technical Advisor will play a key role in supporting business growth by providing technical guidance, training, and project support across the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on Sapa aluminium systems, including windows, doors, curtain walls, and façade solutions.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to recommend suitable system solutions.
• Support customers, fabricators, consultants, and architects during design, specification, tendering, and project execution stages.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Assist in resolving technical inquiries and project-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support project calculations, system selection, and technical documentation where required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, local regulations, and building envelope technologies.
• Participate in customer visits, project meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the aluminium systems, façade, fenestration, building envelope, or construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of windows, doors, curtain walls, façades, and other building envelope systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Knowledge of construction project processes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience providing technical support, engineering advice, or project coordination within the building materials industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
