Job summary

SAPA Türkiye is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Advisor in Istanbul to provide technical expertise and support for aluminium façade systems across the Turkish market. You will guide customers, fabricators, architects, and consultants through design, specification, and project execution, ensuring optimal system solutions.

The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and hands-on technical know-how with Windows, doors, curtain walls, and façades.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or architectural disciplines.
3–5 years in aluminium systems, façade, or building envelope fields.
Strong knowledge of windows, doors, curtain walls, and façades.
Ability to read architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Fluent Turkish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance on Sapa aluminium systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, façades).
Review drawings and specs to recommend suitable system solutions.
Assist customers, fabricators, consultants, and architects through design, tendering, and project execution stages.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and building envelope technologies.
