Job summary

SAPA Türkiye in Istanbul seeks an experienced Technical Prescription Sales Manager to drive specification of aluminium façade, window, door, and curtain wall systems with architects, consultants, and developers. The role focuses on developing relationships, delivering technical presentations, and guiding projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will have an architectural background, strong communication skills, and fluency in Turkish and English, enabling effective collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of specification sales, business development, architectural consulting, or technical sales within the building materials industry.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers within the construction industry.
• Promote and secure project specifications for aluminium façade, window, door, and curtain wall systems.
• Identify, track, and influence new project opportunities from concept through tender and execution stages.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and educational workshops to design and engineering professionals.
• Provide technical guidance and specification support during the design and planning phases of projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, engineering, and sales teams to develop customized solutions that meet project requirements.
• Monitor and manage project pipelines and customer interactions through CRM systems.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, industry regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, seminars, and trade exhibitions to strengthen brand awareness and expand professional networks.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships.
