We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our growing team — someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical trainings for overseas vendors and domestic authorized services.
• Determine the relevant education budget and manage it in accordance with criteria.
• Provide support to dealers and services on installation and product training.
• Prepare regular reports on training activities, field work, and technical support processes and present them to senior management.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback and make recommendations.
• Mentor the development of team members and enhance their technical skills.
• Supervise the implementation of product installation standards and safety procedures.
• Support field teams in solving technical problems and intervene when necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering (preferably mechanical) departments of universities.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in technical training in the air conditioning sector.
• Experience in strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of technical support and field mechanical installation practices.
• Ability to prepare and present technical training materials.
• Preferably good written and verbal communication in English.
• Advanced negotiation and bargaining skills.
• Adopts a customer-oriented approach and has problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and technical drawing/design programs (preferably AutoCAD or similar).
• No domestic and international travel barriers.
