The role requires at least 2 years of SAP Business One experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI. English proficiency and teamwork are essential in a global environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous, efficient, and reliable operation of SAP Business One in the manufacturing facility.
• Analyze and resolve SAP Business One user support requests with timely solutions.
• Monitor SAP B1 integrations with ERP and other enterprise apps and coordinate issue resolution.

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as a "SAP Specialist" in the forest products sector in Turkey and in the world, located in İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Programming, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Business One.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP Business One modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, etc.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes and enterprise business workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ability to develop basic to intermediate SQL queries.
• Preferably experienced with SAP Business One HANA infrastructure.
• Experience with Power BI, JIRA, QDMS, Visio, ARIS, Signavio, or similar business applications is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Good command of English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• No travel restrictions.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least two years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous, efficient, and reliable operation of the SAP Business One system used within the manufacturing facility.
• Analyze and resolve user support requests related to SAP Business One, ensuring timely and sustainable solutions.
• Monitor and support SAP Business One integrations with ERP and other enterprise applications, coordinating the resolution of technical issues when required.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze existing processes and develop process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze new business requirements, manage system enhancement requests, and coordinate implementation activities.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data analyses to support operational and management decision-making processes.
• Coordinate technical activities with external software vendors, SAP partners, and other technology service providers.
• Participate in testing, system upgrades, version migrations, and go-live activities.
• Deliver end-user training, prepare system documentation, and ensure documentation remains up to date.
• Take an active role in process improvement and digital transformation projects, monitoring the implementation of action plans.
• Track project schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables; identify deviations and recommend corrective actions proactively.
• Collaborate with global and local key users to develop solutions aligned with corporate standards while managing required local adaptations.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations related to management systems and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
