Job summary

Tersane İstanbul seeks an Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end fit-out projects for retail, residence, and hotel spaces. You will coordinate design development, procurement, and handover, ensuring quality, schedules, and stakeholder alignment on site.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. This role requires on-site leadership and rigorous attention to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Technical University degree preferred)
• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out and construction projects
• Extensive hands-on experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects is mandatory
• Proven experience in on-site construction management and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design development to handover
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Managing renovation, refurbishment, new lease, relocation, and kiosk projects
• Supervising construction activities on site and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control reviews
• Identifying project risks and proactively resolving technical and construction-related issues
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Preparing progress reports and presenting project updates to management
