Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Türkiye is seeking a Supply Chain Development Executive to strengthen our Eurasia/WEEM Supply Chain team. The role can be based in Susurluk or Istanbul, and will lead key supply chain development projects from concept to execution.

You will collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and senior leadership to realize efficiency gains, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• 6/7 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain.
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end.
• Advance portfolio value through innovation projects and impact on NSV/EBIT.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions and senior management.
• Be a leading voice on supply chain development topics in Türkiye.
• Coordinate with demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering teams as needed.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
