Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Susurluk/Balıkesir is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS & ORM across Turkey operations, including factory and seasonal sites, and to drive continuous improvement in safety, compliance, and performance. You will collaborate with Legal and Communications, develop risk mitigation plans, ensure adherence to local regulations, and support ESG initiatives.

A Bachelor's or Master's in engineering and at least 5 years of managerial EHS experience, plus a Class

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in EHS.
• Class A or Class B occupational safety specialist certificate is must
• Willing to relocate to Bursa/Balıkesir area

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS & ORM performance across Turkey facilities and seasonal operations.
• Coordinate with Legal and Communications on EHS related events.
• Develop and maintain tools to ensure regulatory compliance at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz EHS policies and operating principles.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation plans; report progress regularly.
• Drive EHS performance through Manufacturing Excellence integration.
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability initiatives and audits.
