Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an Export Sales Specialist for its Akmerkez office in Istanbul. You will lead export sales activities, engage with international exhibitions, and nurture relationships with KA's, distributors, and B2B customers to drive growth.

You will analyze prospects, manage the end-to-end order process, and collaborate with a high-performing team under the Export Sales Manager. English proficiency and FMCG understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong command of English.
• Analytical, resilient, result-driven mindset.
• Strong planning, organizational and teamwork skills.
• No travel restriction.

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Export Sales Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The role is based in our Akmerkez office. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always aiming to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Export Sales Manager.

In brief, you will be responsible for

• Managing sales and field activities in responsible regions

• Representing the company at international exhibitions

• Maintaining strong relations with customers, and ensuring development in existing and/or new accounts

• Managing International customers of KAs, distributors & B2B businesses.

• Analyzing and realizing new prospects

• Supervising the entire order process

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree from a reputable university

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector

• A strong command of English
