Job summary

Kraft Heinz Türkiye is seeking a Supply Chain Development Executive to strengthen our Eurasia / WEEM team. This role can be based at the Susurluk factory or Istanbul Headquarter, and will focus on leading complex projects end-to-end across multiple supply chain disciplines.

You will collaborate with colleagues, business units and senior management to advance the Portfolio Value KPI, NSV and EBIT, while driving best practices and continuous improvement in Turkish operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree is required in a relevant field.
• 6–7 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Supply Chain.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high- and medium-complexity projects end-to-end.
• Drive the Portfolio Value KPI and Kraft Heinz’s NSV and EBIT impact.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, business units and senior management.
• Become a leading voice in supply chain development matters in Türkiye.
• Identify opportunities to involve other supply chain professionals for support.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Development Executive to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The SCD Executive role lies within the Eurasia / WEEM Supply Chain and the Turkiye team. This position can be based in either Susurluk factory or Istanbul Headquarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end
• By submitting innovation projects, making a significant contribution to the “Portfolio Value” KPI and Kraft Heinz’s overall NSV and EBIT
• To exchange ideas, gain support, and ensure alignment on project priorities and objectives, the SCD Executive should develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, business units, and senior management
• Become a leading voice in supply chain development matters in Türkiye and ensure all your projects are realized from the perspective of efficient supply chain management
• Identify opportunities to involve other supply chain professionals specializing in areas such as demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise when needed
• Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
