Job summary

Kraft Heinz Turkey in Susurluk (Balıkesir) seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of manufacturing lines. You will lead maintenance activities, coordinate with production, and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective actions.

The role involves reviewing spare parts needs, managing procurement requests, training the maintenance team, and driving safety and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance experience with mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of TPM, 7D problem solving and line commissioning.
• Experience with spare parts management and procurement processes.
• Ability to communicate in English and collaborate with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and repair operations are carried out, recorded and coordinated with production.
• Carry out maintenance activities per planning, revisions and preventive regimes.
• Improve team productivity and safety through training and development.
• Receive and organize spare parts offers, create purchase requests and manage parts supply.
• Coordinate with maintenance & utilities manager on priorities and reporting.

You'll be reporting to the Maintenance & Utilities Manager. In brief, you will be responsible for To ensure that maintenance and repair operations are carried out, recorded, reported and coordinated with the production department (breakdown, predictive, preventive and planned maintenance) To carry out and implement maintenance activities according to the maintenance planning organization and annual maintenance revisions. What you bring

1+ year Maintenance experience Professional knowledge in all kinds of mechanical elements, connections, fittings, sealing parts, root cause analysis, 7D problem solving, TPM knowledge, Installing and Commissioning of new lines/machines, spare parts warehouse managing and supplying spare parts types of equipment, reducing annual maintenance budget within the root cause analysis, experience in auxiliary facilities such as steam boilers, air compressors etc. Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD Knowledge of English
