We Are Hiring a Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) [m/f]

Location : Bursa, Turkey

Contract Duration : At least 3 Months (Immediate Start)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) with strong expertise in the automotive sector to join our team in Bursa on at least a 3-month contract . In this key role, you will lead the full process and product release of service buy components sourced from external suppliers , ensuring quality standards , timing, and technical alignment across all stakeholders .

Key Responsibilities

Ensure full process and product release for service buy components from external suppliers .

Drive the end-to-end planning , execution , and completion of all tasks required for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) evaluation and approval — including managing sample approvals at the plant and handling interim approvals when necessary .

Participate in relevant technical meetings alongside R&D teams and external suppliers to align on requirements and resolve potential risks .

Swiftly identify technical or quality bottlenecks , implement root-cause solutions , and elevate issues when appropriate .

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven track record as a Supplier Development Engineer within the Automotive industry .

Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written).

Solid understanding of APQP/PPAP processes, sample approval workflows, and supplier quality standards.

Strong decision-making skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution and escalation.

Available to start ASAP for an onsite presence.
