Job summary

Orhan Holding in Bursa is seeking a Supplier Quality Chief to lead supplier quality and incoming inspection activities, ensuring materials meet quality requirements and production stays uninterrupted.

You will manage the Supplier Quality team, drive KPIs and corrective actions, coordinate APQP/PPAP for new projects, conduct supplier audits, and collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and other Quality functions to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality / SQA within automotive industry.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of core tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D; problem-solving and supplier quality tools.
• Experience in supplier audits and supplier development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven problem solving; ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive corrective/improvement actions to completion.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills; continuous improvement focus.
• Experience in team leadership and people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supplier Quality and Incoming Inspection activities to improve supplier quality performance.
• Lead the Supplier Quality team, managing daily activities, workload, priorities, and performance.
• Manage Incoming Inspection activities and ensure effective control of incoming materials.
• Monitor supplier quality KPIs and drive improvement actions with suppliers.
• Coordinate APQP / PPAP activities and supplier readiness for new projects and serial production.
• Manage supplier non-conformities, containment, root-cause analysis, 8D, and permanent corrective actions.
• Coordinate sorting, rework, quality costs, and supplier charge-back activities.
• Lead supplier development and escalation for critical or recurring quality issues.
• Plan and conduct supplier process / quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and other Quality functions to resolve issues.
