• Proven track record as a Supplier Development Engineer in automotive.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of APQP/PPAP processes and supplier quality standards.
• Proactive, decisive and able to escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full process and product release for service buy components from external suppliers.
• Lead PPAP evaluations and approvals, including sample approvals at the plant.
• Participate in technical meetings with R&D teams and suppliers to align requirements and resolve risks.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement root-cause solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
