Codeway, Istanbul-based, is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office and partner with the Vertical CEO. You'll own high-impact opportunities, translate complex questions into decisions, and drive initiatives end-to-end across strategy, growth, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy or CEO Office roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect data and insights to decisions.
• Comfortable working across strategy, analysis, planning and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear recommendations.
