Ethos BeathChapman seeks a General Manager for Türkiye to own the market, revenue, and delivery for a fast-growing enterprise AI scale-up. From day one you will build relationships with C-suite in banking, telco, and insurance, set the vision, and close seven-figure contracts.

This role demands a founder mentality or senior strategy-execution experience, team-building, and end-to-end accountability, with a track record of scaling businesses and navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• Existed Founder of an AI-related business or senior partner/MD from a top-tier strategy consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Own the Türkiye market with full P&L accountability and lead client relationships, team, and delivery.
• Open doors at C-suite levels across banking, telecom and insurance in Türkiye.
• Sell the vision in boardrooms and help executives reimagine their organisations over multiple years.
• Close seven- to eight-figure enterprise contracts amidst complex procurement and multi-stakeholder sign-off.
• Build and retain a world-class local team and stay closely involved in delivery and implementation.
