Job summary

Codeway in Istanbul is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to partner with the Vertical CEO and leadership team, shaping opportunities, challenges, and decisions that drive growth. You’ll own strategic initiatives from framing to execution, translating complex questions into clear actions.

You’ll work across AI and emerging tech, connect the dots across teams, and stay close to developments that could create meaningful product and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, Business Operations, or similar strategic roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience using GSheets, Excel, BI platforms or similar tools to analyze data and generate insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Vertical CEO and leadership on opportunities and problems that matter to the business.
• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to driving execution and measuring impact.
• Deep-dive into products, users, markets, and performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on AI and emerging tech, translating shifts into product and business opportunities for Codeway.
• Build analyses, models, experiments, and business cases to test ideas.
• Move across functions to bring the right people together and maintain momentum on top initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks or opportunities and drive improvements.
• Adapt to new priorities as the business evolves, even when path isn’t obvious yet.
• Use AI to research faster, analyze information, automate tasks, and improve decision quality.
