Job summary

Allianz Türkiye is seeking a CEO Office Supervisor in Istanbul to support budgeting, governance and executive reporting. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance data, and prepare materials for senior leadership.

With 5+ years in business analysis or project management and fluency in English, you will collaborate across groups, drive AI-driven improvements, and ensure on-site execution in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree program from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
• Advanced level of written and verbal English skills.
• Experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support SD and PD processes for budgeting and contribute to Allianz Türkiye's strategic agenda.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects from planning through execution.
• Analyze business performance data, derive insights, and support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and decision materials, and present them when required.
• Coordinate executive governance meetings, including Executive Board, Management Committee, Performance Review, and Business Review meetings.
• Plan and coordinate workshops and working sessions with Allianz Group and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on customer complaints escalated to the CEO Office.
• Support preparation of monthly business performance updates and executive reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to the implementation of AI-driven and automation-focused solutions.
• Support internal engagement activities, such as Town Halls, and collaborate closely with teams in an on-site working environment.
