Job summary

Strategy& in Istanbul is seeking a seasoned Manager to structure complex business problems, lead client projects, and mentor junior consultants. You will drive analyses, create client-ready deliverables, and support proposals and delivery across engagements.

The role requires 6-8 years in management consulting or advisory services, with strong communication and relationship-building skills in English. On-site collaboration with clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar advisory environment.
• Ability to independently drive analyses and produce high-quality client deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings.
• Experience supporting proposals and project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex business problems using hypothesis-driven and analytical approaches.
• Manage project workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client relevance of deliverables.
• Analyze market, industry, customer, and operational data to generate insights and identify strategic implications.
• Prepare clear, concise, and impactful client-ready materials and presentations.
• Participate in and lead client meetings, workshops, and working sessions as appropriate to level.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop actionable recommendations and support implementation planning.
• Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and other business development efforts.
• Coach and support junior team members in problem solving, analysis, and deliverable development.
