Job summary

Codeway is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office and help steer two consumer-analytics oriented verticals. You’ll work with the Vertical CEO to surface opportunities, shape strategic decisions, and drive execution across teams, while staying ahead of AI and tech trends that could unlock new product value.

You’ll build analytical models, run experiments, and create clear business cases to justify moves, maintaining ownership from idea to impact.

Qualifications

Experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or CEO Office.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel, GSheets, BI platforms for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Vertical CEO and leadership on strategic opportunities.
Own high-impact initiatives from identification to execution and impact measurement.
Deep-dive into products, markets, and performance to uncover growth opportunities.
Monitor AI and emerging tech trends and translate into product/business opportunities.
Construct analyses and business cases to test ideas without relying on assumptions.
Coordinate across functions to drive leadership decisions into action.
Identify bottlenecks or opportunities to improve processes and initiatives.
Adapt to new priorities as the business evolves and maintain momentum.
Leverage AI to accelerate research, analysis, and decision quality.
