Job summary

Çalık Holding's CEO Office is seeking a Senior Associate in the Strategy Department based in Istanbul. The role supports portfolio-level analysis, financial modelling, and evaluation of potential investments, with close involvement in M&A and strategic planning.

You will work on market research, translate industry trends into actionable plans, and engage with the corporate venture capital arm to source new ideas.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business administration, economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership.
• Solid financial modelling knowledge and accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in project-based work.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to portfolio-level analysis and strategic planning.
• Preparing financial models and valuation/feasibility work for investments.
• Leading M&A processes and due diligence with full ownership of work streams.
• Conducting market research to source and shape new business ideas.
• Monitoring global/sector developments and translating into strategies.
• Supporting startup scouting for the corporate venture capital arm.
