Job summary

Çalık Holding is seeking a Senior Associate in the CEO Office to support the Strategy Department with portfolio analysis, financial modelling and M&A execution in Istanbul.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate strategy, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while contributing to group-wide value creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
• Solid finance and accounting fundamentals for financial modelling
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Comfortable in a project-based structure and managing priorities
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contributing to portfolio-level analysis and to the group’s strategic planning cycle
• Preparing financial models and supporting valuation and feasibility work on prospective investments
• Taking part in M&A processes and due diligence projects with full ownership of work streams
• Conducting market research and examining technology trends to source and shape new business ideas
• Monitoring global and sector developments and translating them into company strategies and action plans
• Supporting start-up scouting and assessment activity for the corporate venture capital arm
