Job summary

Servo Capital Advisors, a Istanbul-based corporate finance firm, seeks an Investment Banking Associate to support execution across restructurings, financing, and M&A deals. The role involves building and supervising financial models, preparing client materials, and coordinating due diligence with lawyers and accountants.

You will interact with client finance teams and senior bankers to ensure smooth deal progress.

Qualifications

Be a good person.
Have 3-6 years experience.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation, including cash flow analysis, comps and deal analyses.
Experience in finance and/or M&A documentation and due diligence.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; Turkish/Chinese/Arabic is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Create and supervise financial models and client presentations.
Involve in financial document negotiation and due diligence coordination.
Collaborate with lawyers, accountants and other advisors.
Serve as bridge between junior staff and senior bankers.
Conduct client calls and meetings; provide updates and build client relationships.
