Eksim Holding is seeking a seasoned investment professional to evaluate M&A opportunities and manage financial analyses. You will model deals, structure transactions, and coordinate data rooms while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity, with excellent English and solid MS Office skills, and a collaborative, resilient mindset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from reputable universities; Master’s degree is an asset.
• Proven experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity (4+ years).
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate M&A and investment/divestiture opportunities.
• Perform initial commercial/financial analysis on targets.
• Analyze target value chain, build growth and synergy assumptions, peer analysis.
