G2 Travel in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a Yield Manager to provide commercial support to Destination Managers. Based locally, you will help ensure competitive offerings and optimize contracts.

You will audit contracts, perform rate shops, negotiate with suppliers, and analyze data to maximise availability and margin. Fluency in Turkish and English, plus strong Excel skills, are required.

• Professional can-do attitude with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a commercial role such as sales or purchasing in tourism, Istanbul preferred.
• Strong communication in Turkish and English with suppliers and teams.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills for commercial decisions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise under time pressure.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Destination Manager team to ensure strong collaboration.
• Audit contracts for commercial competitiveness and optimal set-up.
• Audit margin contracts to keep hotels open and selling maximally.
• Perform rate shops comparing G2 with partners to inform promos and rates.
• Analyse reports to identify weak spots or errors in contracts.
• Meet suppliers to negotiate offers and strengthen commercial relations.
• Renegotiate contract conditions to maximise availability and margins.
• Obtain extra availability from suppliers and manage extranet updates.
• Negotiate book-outs and issues with suppliers as needed.
• Support basic training initiatives such as extranet training.
• Identify business opportunities for new products/offers with DMs.
