Job summary

Emerging Travel Group is seeking a B2A Intern to join our Commercial Team in Istanbul. This is a full-time remote role with fixed hours 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday for candidates based in Istanbul.

You will assist in re-engaging travel agency partners, monitor platform activity, conduct market research, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions. Strong English and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
Interest in B2B models, online platforms, and digital transformation.
Willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

Assist in re-engaging, onboarding, and supporting existing business partners (travel agencies).
Monitor partner activity on the platform and analyze key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Support partner-related requests and help improve the overall partner experience.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with internal team members to support platform development and business growth.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
